Orientation:
The following work tasks have been executed (real business cases and hands-on experiences) while working with various airlines to implement electronic ticketing (ETKT) and/or interline electronic ticketing (IET).
The executed tasks have been incorporated and well documented in our Generic ETKT/IET Concept and Methodology products.
The Generic ETKT/IET Concept is used as an Advisory body (templates) to guide the airline’s entire organisation through the implementation work.
The approach is governed by a Methodology that adds structure, accuracy and adequate timing to the work.
